Project SEARCH is a unique, business-led internship program that helps young people with significant disabilities transition to competitive employment. Through real-life work experience, skills training, and job coaching, participants gain the tools needed for independent, productive adult lives. The program also fosters positive changes in business culture, expanding opportunities for people with disabilities in the workforce.
